Real-time reporting capability gives you detailed feedback about your submissions and campaigns. Reporting is the most significant feature that differentiates standard from professional email marketing software. The real-time interaction between your email messages and your clients is converted to statistical data that you can use to improve client relationships and revenues for your company.
Clickthrough Reports
Our overlay report will not only show you what links in your messages were clicked on, but also provides how well a link performed as a percentage of the total links clicked.
Email Analytics' Reports
These reports use our MKW (Marketing Keyword) Technology and provides the marketer with valuable information about their customers and marketing efforts.
There are currently two ‘Email Analytics’ reports;
a) Keyword Performance Report - This report will help the marketer to gain a valuable insight into which products/topics your customers are most interested in, determine what is driving recipients to your website and/or confirm or establish current market demand. b) B2B (Business to Business) Recipient Interest Report - This report will determine a specific recipient’s interest in one or more of your offerings. (Note: Not included in Clickback MAIL LITE)
Segment Builder
Create ‘targeted’ lists or segments with the simple point and click Segment Builder tool. This feature leverages our MKW (Marketing Keyword) Technology, submission reports, clickthough reports and additional information fields from recipient records. (Note: Not included in Clickback MAIL LITE)
Market Segmentation
Market Segmentation is made possible with the ‘Segment Builder’ and optional additional information fields that can be uploaded with recipient records. Create segments to target your customers based on the city or state/province they reside in, as an example. (Note: Not included in Clickback MAIL LITE)
Behavioral Segmentation
Behavioral segmentation is made possible with the ‘Segment Builder’ and is based on the recipient’s behavior to the received email message. It provides the marketer the ability to generate reports and create segments to target. Create segments of recipients that did not open messages then resend to increase your open rates and success. Send promotions to recipients that clicked through on a message. (Note: Not included in Clickback MAIL LITE)
Interest Segmentation
Interest segmentation is made possible with the ‘Segment Builder’ feature of Clickback MAIL. Actual customer interest in your products/services/topics is tracked with our MKW (Marketing Keyword) Technology over many submissions. This feature can be configured to represent products, product lines, topics, manufacturers or any variable that the marketer would want create future targeted email campaigns. (Note: Not included in Clickback MAIL LITE)
Message Personalization
Key customer information (i.e. name, interests, address, age) can be integrated directly into the message content and subject line.
Simple to Use - Full Featured Editor
The Clickback Editor has all the functionality you could ever need. The interface buttons resemble Microsoft Word making it easy to learn and use.
Paste From Word
Create your newsletters or message text right in Microsoft Word and copy and paste it directly into the Clickback Editor using the 'Paste From Word' button. The paste from Word button will remove any unwanted Word formatting substituting it with proper HTML tags. |
List Suppression
When selected the lists or segments to send a email submission to, this feature provides the user the ability to exclude specific recipient lists or segments from that submission.
Submission Scheduling
You can create your message and schedule it to be sent the next day, the next week or the next month.
Clickbuilder Sign-up Tool
Build your own recipient list with Clickback MAIL for free! Add a ClickBuilder Sign-Up Tool to your website inviting visitors to subscribe or sign up to your newsletters or promotions.
Test Queues
Clickback MAIL has a priority sending queue for ‘proofing’ or test messages so that they are quickly sent and received by your internal team or your clients (agency model). This is an important quality control step before every submission.
Smart Email List Importing
Upload or import any comma separated values (.csv) files from any software that offers a .csv export feature. Clickback will analyze your list and will not import duplicate emails and will report back if there exists any problematic email addresses in your list. Some popular software that recipients can be exported from include; Outlook, Maximizer, Goldmine, ACT, QuickBooks, etc.
SafeRemove Opt-Out
SafeRemove Opt-Out is a guaranteed way to allow your recipients to self-manage and remove themselves from your lists. SafeRemove automatically attaches to the bottom of all sent messages and visually includes the recipient’s email.
Creating messages from scratch
With the Clickback Editor to create your own email messages, no HTML knowledge is required. Or switch the tool into HTML mode and copy professionally designed HTML messages directly into the editor.
Create messages from branded templates
Your designers can create branded HTML messages for your company, and then only simple editing with the Clickback Editor is required before sending. The Clickback Editor will allow you to insert pictures, logos, hyperlinks and modify text content.
Copy an existing Clickback MAIL message
Simply select your previously sent message, click copy and the message is instantly copied into the Clickback Editor for you to modify and/or save for a new submission.
Image Library
Store your images in your own image library for your email marketing messages or point to images hosted on your own web server.
Auto-Responder Email on Sign-Up
Upon signing up for your newsletter the new recipient can receive a custom welcome message and/or the latest newsletter automatically. (Note: Not included in Clickback MAIL LITE)
