Email Authentication We have always offered limited email authentication on outbound emails, but now offer 3 advanced 'Email Authentication Options' in Clickback to increase your deliverability and chances of getting into the inbox.
Highest Available Deliverability Clickback has one of the highest if not THE highest deliverability rating of any email marketing provider on the market. We've achieved this by not offering an instant credit card sign-up on our website and primarily marketing to professional marketers. Segmentation and Targeting Capabilities Send the right message, to the right customer at the right time is the goal of any marketing campaign. Clickback will help you to create targeted lists allowing you to send targeted and meaningful messages to your customers.  
Grey Labeling (non co-branded) Removes the Clickback co-branding on email footers and provides you the ability to insert your own brand into opt-out and forward to a friend pages. Build brand awareness faster by not having another brand in the email or other pages.
Web Service (API) There's no need to maintain 2 customer databases any more. The Clickback application programming interface (API) provides you a simple and secure way to integrate Clickback with your existing CRM/POS software. With our API, you'll be able to data-mine your customer's buying patterns and market to them directly, stretching your marketing dollars even further.      
Dedicated IP’s for large volume clients Large sending volume clients with 100k+ emails per month can move from our shared send servers to their own IP address, allowing them to have personalized domain (i.e. yourdomain.com email) authentication and more control over your own message deliverability vs. being on a shared IP with smaller volume senders.      
Private Labeling Removes all Clickback co-branding within the software and allows you to exclusively add your own branding on the software as well as on all outbound email messages sent from Clickback. Great for large organizations or advertising agencies that want to promote their own brand to the users of the software.    
Invoice Consolidation Option A single unified invoice will be sent monthly to your head office at the end of each month, which outlines the monthly services and submissions performed by head office and each sales office account. Alternatively, we can send invoices to each sales office separately.      
Software Features
WYSIWYG HTML Editor The Clickback HTML editor has all the functionality you could ever need. The interface buttons resemble Microsoft Word making it simple to learn and use. The best part is it is designer friendly, following today's HTML standards.
Smart List Importing Upload your data in comma separated values (.csv) or Microsoft Excel 2003 (.xls) and Excel 2007 (.xlsx) files easily. Clickback will analyze your list and will not import duplicate emails and report back if there are problematic email addresses. Clickback can upload data that has been exported from Outlook, Maximizer, Goldmine, ACT, QuickBooks, and more.
List Suppression When sending an email campaign, this feature allows you to exclude specific recipient lists from the campaign. This feature is useful when segmenting.     
Image Library Store your images in your own image library for your email marketing messages or point to images hosted on your own web site.
Paste From Word Create your newsletters or message text right in Microsoft Word and copy and paste it directly into the Clickback Editor using the 'Paste from Word' button. The paste from Word button will remove any unwanted Word formatting substituting it with proper HTML tags.
Creating messages from scratch Use the Clickback Editor to create your own email messages, no HTML knowledge is required. Or switch the tool into HTML mode and copy professionally designed HTML messages directly into the editor.
Create messages from branded templates Do you want all of your email campaigns to look the same? Have your design team create an HTML template so all you have to do is edit it with the Clickback editor for each campaign. You can change picture, logos, links and text, all without having to know lots of HTML.
Copy a previous campaign Select your previously sent message, click 'copy' and the message is instantly copied into the Clickback Editor for you to modify and/or save for a new campaign.
Segment Builder Leverage EMIT to enhance your email marketing campaigns by segmenting your customers based on where they live, their interests in your products/services or how they've interacted with your last email campaign.
Market Segmentation Market Segmentation is made possible with the Segment Builder and optional additional information fields that can be uploaded with recipient records. Create segments to target your customers based on the city or state/province they reside in, as an example. (Note: Not included in Clickback LITE)

Auto-Responder Email on Sign-UpUpon signing up for your newsletter the new recipient can receive a custom welcome message and/or the latest newsletter automatically.
Send on Behalf Head offices can send email marketing messages and change the 'From' and the 'Reply to' email addresses so that the message comes from the sales rep in that territory or field office.  
Fully Custom Message Headers and FootersWe offer you the ability to fully customize your custom headers and footers and save them for future campaigns, saving you time. You now will be able to insert all recipient and system tokens into your message headers and footers as well manage CSS styles for look and feel. Central Control of Email Templates The Clickback Sales Channel Edition gives head office marketing departments control over email templates to ensure brand and message consistency. Deployment dates and times can be set by head office and executed by either head office or each sales office to ensure proper symmetry with promotional campaigns.
Ability to 'PUSH' message to sales offices Head office can easily push email templates from their account to select or all Sales Office accounts while the message retains its original design and sending options.  
Centralized Reporting of all Sales Offices This feature is unique to the Sales Channel Edition. Head offices can send email marketing messages and change the 'From' and the 'Reply to' email addresses so that the message comes from the sales rep in that territory or field office.
