The founding company was established in 1996, and Neisoft Inc. operating today as Clickback, is a privately held company with a head office located in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Clickback is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) company providing cloud computing, web-based or hosted software products to organizations of all sizes across North America. As a technology based company we understand the importance of customer service and retention and we attribute our survival and success after the dot-com crash to present day to our dedication to our customers' success.
In 2000, Clickback launched a simple email blasting software that over the years , grew into a full featured email marketing program based on Email Marketing Intelligence Technology (EMIT) and is used by agencies and marketers across North America. Clickback is now one the leading opt-in ESP's (Email Service Providers) in North America with clientele such as the Conservative Party of Canada and the State of Nebraska Tourism Board.
Management Team
Kyle Tkachuk, President
Kyle founded Neisoft in 1996 and has led the company through both changes in corporate direction and economic instability (dot-com crash). The company has remained privately owned and operated since 1996 and has had consistent growth and profitability. Kyle was awarded the Niagara Peninsula Youth Entrepreneur of the Year and has received various other awards and recognitions throughout the years.
Kyle graduated in the first graduating class of students in Canada with a BBA in Entrepreneurship (Honours) from Brock University; he also concentrated studies on Marketing. Kyle's focus has always been to build quality software for their clients and to provide the highest level of customer service. Kyle uses his vast industry knowledge and strategic planning skills with all aspects of management, technology and marketing to lead his team to success and provide value to their clients.
Rick Taylor, Vice President of Sales
Rick has a Bachelors of Business Economics (BBE) degree from Brock University, and has two post-graduate diplomas, one in Applied Information Technology from ITI and the second from Niagara College in Interactive Multimedia design. Rick is a technology business veteran, bringing more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. He has worked with start-ups, and large corporations alike. At Clickback Rick is in charge of reaching sales objectives, growing the sales team and developing strategic accounts and partnerships.
Mike Townshend, Vice President of Technology
Mike's education consists of Computer Programming and System Analyst diplomas from Sheridan College and various Programming courses from Ryerson University. Mike is responsible for research, development and product delivery leading the Clickback software development team. Mike brings over 15 years of industry experience in web software development and design. In his role as VP Technology, Mike focuses on building out the company's product vision, rapidly expanding the Software Development Team, and ensuring customers the delivery of our world-class software.
Evelyn Roth, Vice President of Marketing
Evelyn joins Clickback with over 15 years of B2B and Consumer Marketing and Communications experience. Working within the technology and telecommunications space for large organizations such as Bell Canada and Rogers, Evelyn brings strong Integrated Marketing skills in both strategy and implementation. Evelyn’s mandate is to further develop the Digital and Social Media presence of Clickback and to build awareness of Smarter Marketing to its customers. Evelyn holds a BA in Psychology and a Masters of Organizational Development.
Don Matheson, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Clickback, Don held senior positions in both private and public companies. As a former Director of a TSX listed company as well as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of a NASDAQ listed company Don has extensive financial and corporate governance expertise. Don has been CFO of both public and private companies gaining extensive international exposure in growth organizations. Don’s focus will be to ensure that the quality of financial controls, planning and reporting to enable Clickback to implement its strategic plan.
